Job summary

Stratton Apartments in Arlington, TX is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC to oversee service requests and ensure high standards of apartment upkeep. This on-site role requires leadership, strong HVAC knowledge, and a proactive approach to repairs.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, resolving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, preparing vacants for turnover, and maintaining grounds and common areas while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required; Pool (CPO) Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
