Job summary

Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking an experienced Supervisor Lead Maintenance HVAC to oversee and complete residential service requests across our community.

The role emphasizes timely issue resolution in A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, as well as preparing market-ready apartments through turnover work. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of onsite experience, an A/C HVAC certification, and a proactive, energetic approach.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of onsite maintenance experience.
• A/C certification – HVAC is required.
• Must know electrical, plumbing and appliance basics.
• Energetic and self-motivated.
• On-Call availability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service requests promptly and complete tasks.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds and common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
