Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance across properties and assist in supervising staff. You will help ensure buildings, equipment, and grounds are safe and in good repair, meeting safety and health standards.

The role includes coordinating work orders, supervising housing maintenance staff, and working with vendors on parts, services, and labor. A proactive, safety-focused approach is essential to serve Denver's communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience in building maintenance or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds.
• Valid Colorado Driver License and good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily work of maintenance/janitorial staff.
• Coordinate vendors and manage quotes for parts and labor.
• Perform maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, heating/HVAC.
• Ensure safety procedures and REAC readiness at properties.
• Maintain logs and ensure preventive maintenance is documented.
