Job summary

Post Brothers is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Goldtex Apartments in Philadelphia. You will lead on-site maintenance, oversee staff, and coordinate with the Property Manager to ensure safe, well-maintained facilities and superior resident service.

The role demands a strong background in facilities management, 10+ years in maintenance or PM, and at least 5 years in a managerial capacity, with HVAC knowledge and a driver’s license. Exempt, full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

Collegiate degree or trade school in HVAC, electrical, plumbing or another trade.
HVAC Certification preferred.
10 years maintenance, construction or Project Management experience.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial role.
Advanced knowledge in building and maintenance systems and inventory control.

Responsibilities

Leads, trains and assigns work orders to maintenance staff; provides technical assistance.
Participates in on-call emergency rotation and responds to issues as needed.
Leads property inspections and coordinates with vendors for inspections.
Manages subcontracted service providers and ensures work quality.
Maintains preventive maintenance records, expenditures, and make-ready status.
Ensures safety standards and compliance with OSHA, ADA, and related laws.
