Job summary

Goldman Properties is seeking a dynamic Maintenance and Engineering Manager to lead maintenance and engineering operations in our Philadelphia facility. You will drive reliability, reduce downtime, and implement strategies to improve performance and cost efficiency.

You will oversee a team of maintenance engineers and technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements while collaborating with other departments to meet operational priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field; relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for all equipment and facilities.
• Ensure minimal downtime and high operational efficiency via proactive maintenance strategies.
• Manage, train and mentor a team of maintenance engineers and technicians.
• Set tasks, goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Monitor equipment condition ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments on maintenance needs and priorities.
• Procure tools, parts and equipment while managing inventory.
• Lead maintenance projects including upgrades, installations and process improvements.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
