Job summary

MANE is seeking a Maintenance Fabricator Technician III in Lebanon, OH. This role maintains and repairs electrical and mechanical equipment, fabricates and modifies systems, and supports building utilities to ensure safe, reliable operation.

The position requires advanced skills in welding, piping, and fabrication across carbon and stainless steel, with strong problem-solving and GMP/safety adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with vocational training in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, boiler and refrigeration systems, PLC and welding trades or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, with emphasis on preventive and proactive maintenance.
• Flavor/food industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical equipment ensuring efficiency, safety, and GMP compliance.
• Maintain building, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and supporting systems to minimize downtime.
• Replace worn parts on equipment and buildings including hoses, belts, wiring, piping, switches, fuses, and lights.
• Perform precision fabrication and welding of carbon steel and stainless steel; field and shop welding.
• Fabricate and install carbon steel and stainless-steel piping systems for process and utility services.
• Perform pipe fitting, measuring, cutting, beveling, threading, and final welding.
