Fresh Products is seeking a Maintenance Journeyman in Perrysburg, Ohio to keep manufacturing equipment running smoothly. You will perform routine maintenance on mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, troubleshoot issues, and support installation of new equipment.

This full-time role requires collaboration with production teams and adherence to safety policies. The successful candidate will have 3+ years in industrial maintenance, strong reading of schematics, and a willingness to work

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associates preferred.
Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics and blueprints.
Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime and maximize performance.
Conduct preventive maintenance inspections per schedules.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment issues.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
Contribute to continuous improvement for reliability and efficiency.
Provide guidance to junior maintenance staff.
