Job summary

Atlas Roofing Shingle and Ventilation in Hampton, GA seeks a Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead maintenance and engineering activities, manage a diverse team, and deliver reliable equipment performance. You will drive CAPEX budgeting, safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives, coordinating with contractors and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical/electrical background, CMMS experience, and strong leadership skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent related work experience.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance management in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and engineering teams to ensure on-time completion of tasks and projects.
• Develop and manage CAPEX budgets and plant maintenance programs.
• Ensure safety and environmental regulations are followed per OSHA standards.
• Coordinate external contractors and monitor KPIs for maintenance performance.
