Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in chemical/petrochemical plant maintenance or reliability engineering.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• Experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).

Responsibilities

• Analyze failed equipment and eliminate causes.
• Advise on repairs and modifications to rotating equipment.
• Prepare formal technical reports for repair actions.

Skills

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to perform physical tasks

Leadership experience

Knowledge of mechanical machinery design

Familiarity with SAP or similar systems

Education

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
