Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of engineering or maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading or supporting engineering projects involving mechanical, electrical, controls, or industrial systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including root cause analysis and data interpretation.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and condition‑based maintenance methodologies.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of professional maintenance practices throughout the organization.
• Develop and standardize maintenance processes, procedures, and best practices to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Analyze equipment performance using current and historical data to identify trends, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Create, review, maintain, and update technical drawings, documentation, and equipment records.
• Evaluate machine components and recommend lifecycle management strategies, repairs, or replacement plans.
• Develop and support condition-based and predictive maintenance programs to improve asset performance.
• Create, validate, and maintain standardized maintenance procedures and work instructions.
• Lead initiatives that extend equipment life, improve machine reliability, and reduce maintenance-related losses.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of maintenance methods, systems, and tools.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects that enhance safety, productivity, quality, and operational performance across the facility.
• Promote lean manufacturing principles and foster a culture focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
