Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Safety-focused Maintenance Reliability Engineer for our Kinston Plant in North Carolina. You will develop maintenance strategies, drive reliability improvements, and champion safety across maintenance teams.

You will implement proactive and predictive maintenance programs, build spare parts and asset care plans, and measure asset performance to maximize availability and cost-effective operations in a manufacturing setting.

• Define the maintenance strategy for new technologies at the Kinston Plant.

• Support deployment of maintenance strategies to deliver cost-effective asset safety and reliability.
• Manage asset performance measurement and reporting.
• Lead maintenance plan development and deployment for projects.
