Job summary

Humacyte Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead reliability programs and support engineering and facilities operations. The role emphasizes equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and clean utility systems to ensure compliant, efficient facility operation.

You will drive maintenance programs, lead projects, support SOPs, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and EHS to meet production objectives. Strong cGMP knowledge and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or equivalent technical degree with relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience in a cGMP regulated environment is preferred.
• Strong documentation and change-control experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and regulatory compliance across Engineering and Facilities.
• Serve as SME for maintenance and clean utility systems; minimize downtime.
• Lead or support CAPAs, investigations, and root cause analyses to improve reliability.
