Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and assist in repairs of all equipment, instrumentation, and processes in the area of responsibility.
• Review spare parts and preventive maintenance programs; write specs and procedures.
• Work with drives, I/O devices, and ladder logic (Allen Bradley and Modicon).
• Plan, coordinate, install and perform operational checkouts for equipment and processes.
• Develop testing and analysis for new and existing processes, equipment, and facilities.
• Train personnel in procedures and operations as directed.
• Report test data to supervisors and management; track funding commitments.
