Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics experience.
• Strong leadership, written and verbal communication, analytical and mechanical skills.
• Motivated and self-driven to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Departmental support of capital scope projects.
• Lead departmental process improvements, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
• Provide training for new processes, materials, and equipment.
• Drive departmental cost-saving initiatives and document results.
• Perform administrative duties: meetings, data collection and analysis, reporting, and travel as needed.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies.
