Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics experience.
• Strong leadership with excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Support departmental capital scope projects.
• Lead departmental process improvement and corrective actions.
• Facilitate training for new processes, materials, and equipment.
• Participate in Operational Excellence ideas and implementations.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Perform administrative duties and data collection for reports and meetings.
• Support GMP and Quality initiatives.
• Assist team in resolving process and equipment efficiency issues.
