Job summary

Pacific Coast Producers, a grower-owned cooperative, is seeking a Journey-Level Maintenance Electrician for the second shift at the Lodi, CA Distribution Center. The role is full-time, on-site, with weekend/overtime as needed, under a seniority-based CBA.

Pay is $41.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a pension plan. You will work with Lead Electricians to keep packaging and distribution lines running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Significant (5+ years) industrial experience.
• Must possess and use personal hand tools.
• Knowledge of vacuum systems, motion control systems, and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Qualify as journey level Electrician.
• Coordinate with Head/Lead Electricians to align maintenance with production goals.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Diagnose electrical issues and implement solutions to restore functionality quickly.
• Lead/mentor Mechanics when directed by Head/Lead Electrician.
• Check materials and parts and make requisitions.
• Read blueprints/diagrams and lay out machinery from drawings.
• Weld including heliarc and stainless steel.
• Operate machines occasionally.
• Other duties as assigned.
