Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of related job experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality, safety, and performance of staff.
• Plan and organize work schedules for employees.
• Coordinate with operations for repairs and equipment scheduling.
• Provide training, mentorship, and coaching.
• Lead safety discussions and reinforce HF Sinclair values.
• Ensure contractor compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage department budget and cost control.
• Respond to plant emergencies and after-hours needs.
