Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Maintenance Chief Engineer for a commercial laundry operation in Southgate, MI. You will lead the maintenance department, oversee daily repairs, and drive a preventive maintenance program across plant equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities include supervising a team, coordinating with departments, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while managing capital expenditures and energy use. Competitive compensation and relocation support available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance management experience.
• Commercial laundry experience is required.
• Must have a preventive maintenance mindset and PM program experience.
• Previous supervisory/management experience required.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting for 3-phase 230V systems; PLC programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance team to ensure accountability and safety.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and manage parts stock and inventory.
• Monitor utilities usage and promote energy conservation and cost control.
• Advise senior management on capital expenditures, equipment, parts, and supplies.
