Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a commercial laundry operation in Early Branch, SC, near Charleston and Hilton Head. You will lead the maintenance department and oversee daily repair and preventive maintenance of textile processing equipment and facilities.

The role requires overseeing vendor services, providing training and direction, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, with a focus on safety and cost control.

Qualifications

• 3+ years industrial maintenance experience with knowledge of machinery, electronics, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, welder and boiler applications.
• Lead or supervisory experience required, management experience is preferred.
• Commercial laundry experience is preferred. Similar manufacturing industries also accepted.
• Must have a preventive maintenance mindset, and experience managing a PM program in this industry or a similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Safety is Priority #1. Ensure a safe working environment, and protection of all company assets
• Ensure the proper maintenance, preventive maintenance (PMs), repairs, and installations are conducted on all plant equipment.
• Supervise, direct, coordinate and assign daily work schedules to ensure accountability for the team.
• Develop and implement computerized methods, control systems and procedures to ensure a fully operational and productive preventive maintenance program, parts stockroom and inventory system.
• Monitoring and ensuring the efficient use of all utilities, practicing energy conservation through usage reduction and cost control.
• Recommend and communicate to senior management on capital expenditures, equipment, parts, supplies, and materials.
