• Strong ability to document and communicate across technical and managerial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide configuration, maintenance, and support of IBM System Automation for ZOS and GDPS-CA.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and automation for deployment of technical solutions.
• Lead small teams or individual initiatives and contribute as a technical lead.
• Write and maintain documentation and participate in on-call support.
