Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain z/OS environments, LPARs, and Parallel Sysplex architectures.
• Deploy and support third-party vendor products using SMP/E.
• Monitor system health, RMF/SMF data, and optimize performance.
• Diagnose hardware/software issues, read system dumps, and coordinate with IBM/vendor resolutions.
• Plan, test, and execute disaster recovery protocols to protect data.
