Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc is seeking a Mainframe Storage Administrator located in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have over 16 years of experience managing and maintaining storage systems for IBM System Z, along with expertise in storage allocation, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery fail-over protocols.

This role involves leading the implementation of advanced technologies and serving as a consultant to clients to maximize IT investments. A Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field is required.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of experience in leading advanced technology projects is required.
• 16+ years of experience in full system engineering lifecycle is required.
• 16+ years of experience in creating implementation/integration plans, test plans, and training materials is required.
• 16+ years of hands-on experience in specific product or IT platform is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the adoption or implementation of advanced technologies or platforms.
• Serve as a consultant to clients for efficient use of IT products or platforms.
• Create implementation, testing, and/or integration plans.
• Demonstrate expertise in IT platforms/services.
