Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a seasoned mainframe storage specialist to design, implement, and optimize IBM z/OS storage environments, including DS8000 DASD and TS7700 Virtual Tape platforms.

You will ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and continuous improvement across critical workloads. With 7+ years in IT infrastructure and deep DFSMS, GDPS, and data protection expertise, you will develop automation, scripting, monitoring, and reporting solutions, collaborating across engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelors in IT or related field preferred, with multiple IT domains experience.
• 7+ years in IT infrastructure design, development and support.
