Job summary

Technogen, Inc. is seeking a Senior Computer Programmer to design, develop, test, and maintain applications supporting the Maryland Medicaid Information System (MMIS).

The role involves working with business and technical stakeholders across all phases of the SDLC to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient solutions that support critical Medicaid operations. You will participate in requirements analysis, design, implementation, and ongoing support, with emphasis on on-call rotations and system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years related experience; master's preferred.
• Minimum 8 years programming in software development or maintenance.
• Minimum 5 years IT systems analysis and programming.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain MMIS applications.
• Analyze requirements and translate into designs, specifications, and programming solutions.
• Develop and maintain program documentation and user support materials.
• Troubleshoot defects and production issues; participate in on-call support.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business users to deliver technology solutions.
