Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years MMIS experience or healthcare payer domain knowledge (Medicare/Medicaid; state MMIS exposure).
• 2+ years contract monitoring or RFP development.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; equivalent work experience may be substituted.

Aufgaben

• Understand contract monitoring for development, configuration, and operational activities.
• Review processes to support a program with multiple vendors.
• Work with multiple vendors and in-person or virtual teams.
• Review artifacts developed by multiple vendors and comment/approve as needed.
• Interact professionally with executives, managers, and subject matter experts to capture requirements.
• Create documents, schedule meetings, produce minutes, disburse reports, and track artifacts, issues, and action items.
• Provide business and requirements oversight and understand all phases of PM and SDLC.
• Support CMS reporting and certification processes.
• Maintain project assets and communications, identify anomalies, and report variances.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, written and verbal communication, and team collaboration.
