Responsibilities

1. Perform problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution for complex issues.
2. Oversee programming and debugging activities.

4. Provide technical consultation on challenging situations.
5. Lead large projects to improve processes or support capabilities.
6. Manage external vendors as needed.
7. Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
