Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in Mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, IMS, MQ Series, z/OS).
- Strong experience in batch processing, online transaction systems, production support, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Kafka/event-driven systems, ITIL processes, and scheduling with Control-M.
- Exposure to cloud and mainframe modernization concepts.

- Design, develop, and support mainframe applications in high-volume environments.
- Lead technical execution including system design, batch/online architecture, and release management.
