Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, mathematics, engineering, or related field, plus two years of coding experience.
• Preferred: 5+ years full lifecycle COBOL development on IBM z/OS with DB2; CICS experience; strong SQL and batch processing skills.
• Experience with large teams and complex, mission-critical systems is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and provide production support for Nebraska Medicaid's claims processing system (COBOL, IBM DB2).
• Analyze, debug, and test applications; ensure reliability and performance.
• Provide on-call support for batch processing and maintain technical documentation.
