Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst to join the Consumer Operations Technology team, contributing to the design, development, and delivery of applications that support Collections & Recovery operations. You will apply deep technical expertise to build and improve software solutions in a collaborative global setting.

In this role you will work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Systems Analysts to ensure system impacts are documented, and you will drive production support

Qualifications

• 10 years of software development, analysis, and programming experience.
• Expertise in mainframe development and production support for mainframe apps.
• Experience with transformation projects from legacy to Gen-AI platforms.
• Domain experience in Loss Mitigation applications is a plus.
• Hands-on Python for production-grade applications.
• Ability to manage software projects from inception to implementation.
• Familiarity with structured project management methodologies.
• Ability to work independently under pressure with shifting priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technology and operations stakeholders during migrations.
• Coordinate with multiple tech teams to integrate functions and improve systems.
• Provide expert knowledge in application support at an advanced level.
• Define system scope and objectives for complex enhancements and problem resolution.
• Partner with technology areas to ensure integrated functions meet goals.
• Work with Product Owners and Analysts to document system impacts.
• Drive production support readiness for client onboarding and migrations.
