You will participate in architecture planning, estimation, and roadmaps, aligning with enterprise standards while collaborating across the SDLC, from design to support. The role demands strong Mainframe skills (COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, MQ, IMS) and tools (GitLab, IDz, File Manager, EZTRIEVE, TSO).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to six years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Mainframe technologies and enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, debug, document, and maintain complex Mainframe applications.
• Participate in architecture activities, estimation, planning, and roadmaps.
• Analyze requirements and propose scalable, high-performing solutions.
• Collaborate across SDLC with design, development, testing, implementation and support.
• Develop and maintain program specifications ensuring performance and SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in Mainframe environments.
• Lead implementation, deployment, and release management with coding standards.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance for improvements.
