Job summary
Ensono is seeking a Senior Mainframe Systems Programmer focused on automation and velocity across platforms such as z/OSMF, OPS/MVS and Automation Point. You will design automation to speed development, reduce manual steps, and integrate tools across Envision X, AIR, and Sidekick.
The ideal candidate has a BS in computer science with extensive development experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for learning.

- Required BS degree in computer science or related field with substantial development experience.
- Passionate about delivering world-class client experiences through reliable automation.
- Strong problem-solvers who improve performance of tools via automation.
- Curious learner with good communication to influence stakeholders.
- Minimum Netview SA experience is required.

- Design automation for multiple mainframe platforms and tools.
- Bridge tool capabilities with business needs for a superior client experience.
- Automate corrective steps to reduce human intervention and speed up resolution.
- Deliver solutions using agile development methodologies.
- Assess performance of existing tools and proactively detect issues.
