Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Senior Mainframe Systems Programmer – Automation to join the Mainframe Automation team in the United States. You will drive automation design across platforms like Automation Point, OPS/MVS, and z/OSMF, delivering agile solutions and improving tool performance.

You will bridge tooling with business needs, automate corrective steps, and contribute to a client-focused, high-quality service. Strong NetView SA experience is required.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in computer science or related field with 10 years’ development experience preferred or equivalent
• Passionate about delivering world-class client experiences and high-quality solutions
• Motivated to solve complex problems and improve automation performance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and approaches
• Minimum NetView SA experience is required

• Design automation for multiple platform areas within Mainframe Automation
• Bridge tool capabilities with business requirements to improve client experience
