Job summary

The Senior Mail Processor at UCSF handles mail, parcels, and other deliverables across UCSF campuses, laboratories, and medical centers. The role involves sorting, collecting, and delivering items to various departments and labs, with daily driving between UCSF locations.

This position requires lifting up to 75 lbs, standing for extended periods, and operating hand trucks, electric carts, and related equipment. Staff may assist in SCM - Logistics operations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CA Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write, perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort, collect, and deliver mail and parcels across UCSF locations.
• Unload, receive, put away, pick, stage, load, and deliver mail and packages.
• Operate hand trucks, electric carts, forklifts, and related equipment.
• Support SCM - Logistics operations as needed.
