You will coordinate production schedules, mentor staff, enforce procedures, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced plastics environment. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to meet customer requirements and company goals.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate machine tools to meet daily customer requirements.
• Assist in daily production scheduling and communicate challenges to supervision.
• Contribute to employee performance appraisals and training.
