Qualifications

• AAS degree or related technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role.
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery and tools; forklift certification is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production operators in daily operations.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager to plan production runs and schedules.
• Monitor quality and enforce quality control standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste.
• Maintain accurate production records and reporting.
