Job summary

Oxipital AI, Inc. seeks an Industrial Automation Applications Engineer - Machine Vision/Sr. Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between customers and engineering, translating needs into technical requirements and driving PoC deployments.

You will collaborate with sales and marketing to scale market presence, deliver technical ROI analyses, and lead implementation across global manufacturing sectors. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years experience with machine vision or robotics.
• Strong understanding of image processing and machine learning.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple technical projects.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating demos or PoC systems in an industrial environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of Robotics, PLC, or Controls Engineering.
• Experience with CRM; Salesforce preferred.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements in Industrial environment up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between customers, sales, and engineering—capturing requirements for technical solution development.
• Lead technical presentations, demos, and PoC projects for potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver technical results documentation and ROI analyses for prospective clients.
• Travel to customer sites for demos, training, and installations.
• Manage large-scale capital equipment and robotics projects from concept through delivery with clear communication across stakeholders.
