Job summary

Eaton's EPG CHD EP Americas division seeks an Operator III (Machine Shop) to set up and operate CNC and conventional machines, fabricating metallic and non-metallic parts. You will read blueprints, measure parts, and ensure accuracy while assembling components into complete units.

The role requires at least 2 years in a multi-process manufacturing environment, familiarity with gaging tools, and ITAR compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Understanding of basic CNC control functions and machining.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a multi-process manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of various measuring instruments and blueprints reading.
• ITAR compliance: US persons required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate conventional, special-purpose, and NC machines to fabricate parts.
• Fit and assemble machine parts into complete units.
• Measure and verify dimensions using precision instruments.
• Read blueprints and follow specifications for tolerances and operations.
• Adjust machine controls to correct deviations and maintain quality.
