Job summary

We are hiring experienced Maintenance Machine Repair for our Frankfort, Indiana plant. Tenneco (Federal Mogul) has been an integral part of the community for over 60 years. Hourly employees are represented by UAW Local 1949.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of maintenance experience and be able to progress in Machine Repair, Electrical, and related maintenance work. Must pass a background check, pass a urine drug screen, and purchase own tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of maintenance experience.
• Progress in Machine Repair and Electrical areas.
• Ability to work in emergency situations.
• Adherence to training programs (LOTO, confined space).
• Authority to stop production when needed.
• Follow Environmental, Safety & Health policies.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and unscheduled maintenance on machinery.
• Repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Support production by minimizing downtime.
• Assist with safety and regulatory trainings.
• Coordinate with yields and quality teams as needed.
