Job summary

Zebra is seeking a Lead Machine Operator in Greenville, WI, to serve as SME for high-precision color press and turret systems. You will own complex machine setups, formulate inks, troubleshoot equipment, and mentor fellow operators while collaborating with production Supervisors.

The role requires 4+ years of relevant experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to lead continuous-improvement initiatives. Shift: Mon-Fri 1:45pm-10:00pm with a $1 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience operating color presses, converting and finishing equipment.
• Ability to train and mentor operators and lead continuous-improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for the assigned work area, training employees and guiding problem solving.
• Operate and understand full functions of all machines, including ink mixing and color matching.
• Perform ISO-compliant quality tests on presses and related equipment.
• Train new and existing operators on converting operations and advanced press functions.
• Set up machines efficiently within standard timeframes.
• Collaborate with supervisors to prioritize workloads and allocate resources.
