Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or press environments.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for the work area; train employees and guide others.
• Operate and troubleshoot color presses and related equipment.
• Train new/existing operators on converting operations and advanced functions.
• Perform ISO-quality tests and ensure safety and compliance.
