Cornerstone Building Brands in Florence, AL is seeking a Machine Operator III to setup and run production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will follow procedures, adjust settings, and ensure parts meet quality standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience with roll formers or similar machinery; lifting up to 30 pounds; and the ability to work 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with overtime as

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a continual basis
• Mobility – standing, bending, and movement for extended periods
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates production machinery per procedures
• Uses computer-controlled equipment to position and adjust machines
• Maintains and performs routine maintenance and lubrication
• Marks parts and prints/attaches identification tags as required
• Interprets blueprints and specifications to select materials
• Completes production reports such as Fab Orders and Run Rates
• Trains others in Safety, Quality, and Production
• Drives continuous improvement in the work area
• Ensures compliance with safety rules at all times
