Responsibilities

• Operate major shop tools to produce prototype and production parts.
• Support in-house customers such as manufacturing and engineering.
• Determine machining processes, tooling and fixtures from blueprints and orders.
• Perform machining and assembly tasks using standard machine shop equipment.
• Plan and perform complex machine set-ups; apply basic trig for angles.
• Nest parts to maximize material efficiency and minimize waste.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with safety requirements.
