Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and understand charts, indicators, control instructions, and operator checklists.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery to detect and report malfunctions.
• Perform machine setup, cleanup, and minor maintenance; adjust machine parameters as needed.
• Document machine attributes and parameters; respond to machinery breakdowns.
• Lead, coach, and train operators; ensure proper transfer of technical information.
