Job summary

Medline Hartland, WI is hiring a Machine Operator III to safely operate production equipment and deliver quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will setup, run, and troubleshoot machinery, document parameters, and collaborate with maintenance and engineering to optimize throughput while upholding GMP standards.

Qualifications include a HS diploma, 3 years in manufacturing, ability to lift 50 lbs, and proficient reading of charts; pallet jack experience recommended.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret charts and operator checklists.
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and report malfunctions.
• Set up, start up, shutdown, and changeovers; perform light maintenance.
• Document machine attributes and parameters; coordinate with maintenance.
• Train and coach operator teammates; manage workflow to meet quality standards.
• Maintain GMP standards and keep a clean, safe work area.
• Complete paperwork and operate boxing lines; back up other positions as needed.
