Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Wisconsin is seeking a Machine Operator to ensure safe, efficient operation of production and sterilization equipment and to maintain high product quality. You will work with a team to meet output standards.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year in manufacturing; you will set up, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance while supporting material readiness and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot the operations of machinery and associated equipment to detect and report malfunctions.
• Prepare product for transfer and/or final processing. Inspect product output for quality and accuracy.
• Perform machine clean-up, set-up, and minor machine maintenance such as cleaning debris from machine, performing product and instrument checks, and complete equipment repairs and part replacement.
• Respond to machinery breakdowns and/or material upsets and restore machine to working condition minimizing downtime.
• Review material availability with necessary teams and assist in securing materials to support and meet production schedule.
• Make sure all housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned area.
