The role includes setup, changeovers, and teamwork to optimize throughput while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in high-volume manufacturing, ability to read charts and instructions, and strong English and math skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Ability to read charts, instructions, and control parameters; strong English literacy.
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals; able to perform simple calculations.
• Physical ability to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work in both warm and cold environments; operate pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery; report malfunctions.
• Set up, start up, shut down, and changeovers; perform light maintenance as needed.
• Document machine attributes; support root cause analysis with maintenance/engineering.
• Lead, coach, and train operators; ensure knowledge transfer.
• Ensure quality of products; optimize throughput per GMP standards.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and complete paperwork accurately.
• Operate automated boxing lines and backfill as needed.
