Pregis is seeking a Converting Operator I for 3rd shift in Elkhorn, WI. You will operate converting equipment, monitor product quality, and pack finished goods while supporting a safe, clean, and efficient production area.

• Maintain production materials and supplies to reduce downtime.
• Follow all safety policies, operating procedures, and 5S practices.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support smooth shift transitions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Learn multiple machines and processes to support operational flexibility.
