Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute.
• Willingness to follow written/oral work instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including early/late hours and overtime if needed.
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Follow PPE safety protocols consistently.

Responsibilities

• Start and stop the machine safely without supervision.
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed).
• Load raw material and unload finished parts safely.
• Inspect parts with designated measurement tools for quality.
• Read and interpret drawings for production tasks.
• Perform basic maintenance like cleaning and lubrication.
• Mentor and support other Machine Operators.
• Record all machine actions and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and follow safety rules.
• Contribute to meeting manufacturing targets and timelines.
