The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, multi-tasking ability, and willingness to learn. Bilingual English/Spanish and experience with facers, lathes, and CNC equipment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and improve to perform each duty satisfactorily.
• High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience may substitute.
• Willingness to follow written or oral instructions and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Start and stop the machine safely without supervision.
• Place unfinished parts and remove finished parts from the machine.
• Monitor machine operation and adjust as needed to maintain quality.
