Job Description

Qualified candidates must be able to perform a variety of tasks, work their scheduled shifts, overtime, and weekends as required. Responsibilities include general housekeeping, rework, preparing packaging, packaging products, food manufacturing, and other duties assigned by supervision.

1. Set up machines before shift start-up, operate and adjust them as needed for production.
2. Properly tear down, clean, and reassemble pumps, sanitary lines, and equipment.
3. Monitor and adjust machines during operation to ensure proper product flow.
4. Operate CIP skids and perform breakdown and cleaning of line components.
5. Handle chemicals safely, including PPE requirements.
6. Complete MSS tasks daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual.
7. Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement.
8. Report equipment issues to supervisors.
9. Address quality issues during cleaning processes.
10. Successfully pass qualification tests.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: At least 2 years in a manufacturing environment preferred

Skills: Basic computer skills for data entry

3. Accurately document processes.
4. Adhere to attendance policies.
5. Stand for long periods.
6. Learn various roles within the facility.
7. Fill in for other roles as needed.

Additional Information
